The school has developed a comprehensive code of conduct to maintain a high standard of discipline at all times. School is a place that promotes responsibility, respect, civility and academic excellence in a safe learning and teaching environment. All students, parents, teachers, staff, administrators, school management and even visitors have the right to be safe, and feel safe, in their school community. The school has high expectations of proper conduct at school premises and at school functions. It has to ensure the need for acceptable conduct at school premises, and to identify the possible consequences of such unacceptable conduct. It is vital that the school ensures prompt and fair disciplinary action when and where it is necessary. Unless and otherwise indicated, this code applies to all students, school personnel, parents, school management and even visitors when on school premises or attending school functions.

The Sri Lankan International School, Riyadh, in the Code of Conduct sets clear standards of behaviour. It specifies the mandatory consequences for actions that do not conform with these standards. The Code of Conduct shall not supersede or override the school constitution and ministry regulations. However, it is a moral obligation to follow the code of conduct. The class teacher will deal with minor breaches of discipline. Persistent or major breaches of discipline will be referred to Sectional Heads, vice Principal, deputy Principal and the Principal accordingly. A copy of the Code of Conduct can be obtained (if required) from the school paying SR 10 /=
